A common description from the demands of the working life which as we explore , has more to do with what is happening or lacking in our lives outside of work. The working environment ends up resembling the original childhood family unit and organizations are neuroticized and as as such experienced as draining.. Embracing positions that point towards growth like: hobbies, parallel careers, keeping up with friends and family, have the effect of diminishing the emotional demands of work and provide much needed energy for keeping the balance between "life and work". We explore patterns that could help the development of one's best possible capacities.
